When we eat the fruits or vegetables traveled long distance in cold-chain transports, We use so much energy or better saying we loss so much energy and those create emissions such as water or air pollution. The fresh produce has to be packaged and most of time waxed when they are not ready yet for long distance shipment and storage until you buy them. But local food doesn’t need unnecessary packaging and you will get them ripen well and freshly harvested. Indeed, many of those food gets wasted for the supply mismanagement of food chain.

We deliver to you a basket of fresh seasonal vegetables by Jardin Kalendula from mondorf and Escher Gemeisguart from Esch-sur-Alzette every week on Fridays. Our baskets will be deliver in a zero waste basket and without plastic packaging, directly from farms.
