They buy less expensive, much lower than it cost to produce in Luxembourg, then they sell at lower price. Therefore, they create unfair market and destroy the farmers job since it doesn’t make sense to produce anymore in such unfair competition.

Fair-trade:

We fight modern-slavery.
We make sure the producers are getting paid fair and they earn about 3/4 of the price you purchase.
There are still farms in EU which paying much less than legal minimum wage without any contract or insurance.

We take into account many aspects to minimize the environmental impacts.
Our farm to fork strategy is the best solution to reduce footprint of food consumption on the environment. It also allows us to be zero waste. We didn’t have any food-loss during more than a year of our activity.

Our deliveries are based on shortest path, lowest emission to save energy and recently we switched to e-cars for achieving #NetZero. So our deliveries are green too! However not all of our deliveries are done by renewable energy yet since we we need more electric cars, but hopefully with your supports we will achieve it.
Plastic-free, minimal package and zero-km.
We also encourage both, consumers and producers to choose organic(Bio). Our farm products are all Bio certified. Safe and healthy!

Why local …

Purchasing local products saves energy such as fossil fuel used for transportation which can’t be renewed and its emissions are causing too much air pollution that contributes in climate change.

Purchasing local products keeps cash flow within local economy which helps to save and create jobs. In the year 2000, Luxembourg had 2,728 farms across the country. In 2019, only 1,872 farms were left – nearly 1,000 less than 19 years ago which has a very negative impacts on the land quality and the environment.

Our Farm To Fork strategy is the chosen plan of EU for the future of food. It allows us to reduce food loss, provide fresh and high quality as well as more food transparency.

We practice zero-waste at every level of our activities such as packaging, supply and distribution. Proudly announcing, we didn’t have any food waste since beginning of our activity.
